    A fun grab bag of assorted cards. You'll receive 10 different cards picked randomly from our stock. Envelopes are included. These cards are either discontinued or have slight imperfections that most people would never notice. Imperfections could be a small speck in the cardstock, a tiny hair off center, etc... Most people can't figure out what's wrong with them but I'm a bit of anal retentive kind of person. The discontinued cards may include my old branding on the back, from The Nested Turtle, or just cards that I printed way too many of and decided not to sell any longer.

    * 1 bag of randomly selected cards w/envelope - 10 CARDS

    * Each bag will contain 10 different cards

    * Each card is less than $1.00 - HELLO!

    * If you order more than one bag there may be duplicates

    Changes to products / Customization

    Thanks so much for your interest in my shop. I understand sometimes it's hard to find exactly what you want.

    However, as much as I'd love to accommodate the custom requests I receive, I don't have the bandwidth to do so at this time.

    Although I can't provide you with custom items, I do often add new products to the shop weekly. So, check back with me and you may find exactly what you want!

    Where is my order / When will my order arrive

    Status: Please click on the tracking number (in blue) provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will give you an general tracking screen.

    Delivery Date: If you click on the tracking number one more time (at the bottom) this will give you the detailed USPS tracking information which often provides more details and an estimated delivery date.

    International shipping cost

    I only ship with Etsy package labels that include tracking information and customs labels for your orders. Yes, this method of shipping internationally is quite expensive and USPS has been increasing the charges over the past couple of years.

    Also, please be aware that shipping times are also lengthy. Items may sit in customs for several days. Thanks so much for checking out my shop!

    Address Issues: Shipping to a different address or address given is invalid

    Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you complete the checkout process.

    OOPS! If you inform me of an address change immediately after you complete your purchase and I haven't shipped your item yet, I can change the address for you. Yay!

    Whew! However, if you don't let me know in time and you've moved hopefully you left a forwarding address with the Postal Service! The post office should forward your mail, it will just take a bit longer.

    #Sorry - We can't be held responsible for invalid addresses provided by the customer during the checkout process. So please validate your address information when you place your order and we will all be happy! 😁

    Lost in the mail

    If you provided us with the correct address and notice that your tracking information hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry. Sometimes it just gets stuck and then will update again after a few more days.

    If it appears to be lost or stuck forever send me a message and I can open a lost mail claim with the USPS. They usually end up finding the package and will deliver it within a few days.

    We cannot be responsible for packages that go missing. However, I know it can be frustrating not to receive a package you ordered. In these rare instances we can offer you a 50% off coupon on your next order. Yay!
